Graphic make sophisticated content resonate with audiences. We are a digital agency that covers the whole range of design and development from print to web to mobile, and we specialise in data visualisation and infographics. In July 2014 we became a division of Kantar (part of WPP), launching under our new name, Graphic.

Seminars

There is a growing demand across a range of industries and professional disciplines for effective data representation and communication. Data visualisation and the use of infographics are becoming increasingly popular methods communication and are being used more widely in a professional context.

Unfortunately there is also a great deal of confusion and misunderstanding about what is effective data storytelling.

Over the last few years, Graphic have been carrying out data visualisation projects for clients in a wide range of industry verticals and now offer bespoke training courses for professional groups interested in developing and improving their own data storytelling capabilities.

These are tailored courses are developed to respond to specific data and audience requirements which can be run for groups of ten attendees or more.

Commercial Manager

We are looking for a commercial manager who can help to significantly grow our business in the UK and around the world. You will be an experienced professional with a background in sales, marketing or business development in a digital and creative environment. You will work closely with the Directors of Graphic to develop a year round marketing programme and range of activities to raise the profile of the organisation and generate potential business.

You will lead with the creation and delivery of proposals and in the delivery of pitches to potential clients. Once projects have been won you will also take over lead account management responsibilities to maximise client satisfaction and account value. This is not a high volume sales role but rather a role that requires strategic thinking, direct application of marketing techniques and a strong understanding of the work Graphic do and the varying requirements of clients.

Development Manager

We are looking for a development manager who can help us to deliver the digital projects that form a major part of our portfolio. You will be a flexible thinker who considers the best option for the project and then works with colleagues to deliver. We use a combination of permanent development resource and freelance expertise to deliver a huge range of development projects and you will provide the technical expertise to help us make the right choices.

You will be a highly experienced developer who has also managed development teams and worked with freelance and outsourced providers. You will enjoy the challenges of architecting technical solutions but will also feel able to allow others to carry out your plans

Designer

We are looking for an experienced designer to help us deliver a variety of information design projects. You will need to demonstrate experience of data visualisation for corporate clients, including native PowerPoint chart design as well as static work and design for interactive visualisations. Ideally you should also have experience of infographic development and design and of complex visual storytelling with data.

Experience and proficiency with illustration, both digital and drawn, will be an advantage as will general design and layout skills for print as well as digital products. Some knowledge and experience of user interface and user experience design is helpful, as is general knowledge of typography and branding. Creative input and a self-starting approach are key - the ability to work as part of a team as well as taking the lead role on projects is important.

Graphic is a tight-knit team and we stress the collaborative nature of our work, with producers, designers and developers working closely together. We look for people to be fully creatively and productively engaged in projects, as well as being flexible and responsive to changing timeframes and amends.
